For guests who wish to bring their bicycles (and Ottawa is a great place for biking) we have a secure bicycle storage room inside the Inn.

We have a small Business Centre for our guests use. Scanner, photocopier, computer, fax machine and printer are all available.

Internet Access

Need to check your email, locate something in Ottawa or just surf the net for a while? Our high speed internet access desk is available to guests at no charge. WiFi is accessible throughout the Inn for guests travelling with their laptops.

Room Service

For those times when you simply don't want to go out, we have a modest Room Service menu. Complimentary coffee, teas, hot chocolate and juices are also offered. Food and beverage service is available daily from noon until 10pm.

Flowers

If you're celebrating a special occasion and would like to have flowers in your room when you arrive, we'll be happy to make the arrangements for you. Just call ahead and tell us what you would like. A $10 service charge will be added to the cost of the flowers.

Laundry

We have self-serve laundry facilities as a service to our guests. The cost of $7.50 per load includes detergent and fabric softener. Hours are from 4pm to 9pm.
